Thanks to its durable body sheet, wear and tear that may occur over time is prevented.

There is a 0.37 kW vibro motor that increases fluidity in the sand chamber.

Aggregate weighing bunker weighs the aggregate transferred from the feeding hopper in desired dimensions and transfers it to the mixer feeding conveyor belt. Weighing is done with S type loadcell.

During the transfer of the aggregate to the mixer feeding conveyor belt, vibro motors are activated and the aggregate fluidity is maximized.

The Twin shaft mixer is the system in charge of mixing the materials coming from the bunker and weighing group and turning them into concrete.

It achieves a perfect mixture with two mixing arms rotating in opposite directions.

Mixing arms are powered by 2 motors. It can work in the most difficult production conditions and quickly completes the mixture of all concrete types.

Twin shaft mixer arms and body are covered with protection linings. In this way, body wear that may occur over time is prevented.

There are 2 inspection covers on the Twin shaft mixer. In this way, maintenance and cleaning processes are made easier.

The automation system is the system in which all equipment on the concrete plant is controlled. Many features such as weighing aggregate, additive, water and cement required for concrete production, operation of the conveyor belt, and starting of the mixing of the double shaft mixer are controlled by the automation system. The automation system has been designed in accordance with the production of all concrete types.

The automation system has been prepared with PLC by FABO engineers, taking into account all test stages and customer feedback, from the production of the concrete plant to the delivery, and it serves with the most advanced and updated state of technology.
