The Screw Washer is the section where the crushed and screened sand is washed and dewatered and sent to the stock area by means of stock bands.
The 0-5 mm sand sifted through the vibrating screen is transferred to the washing screw. The products coming to the washing spiral begin to be washed by the rotation of 2 helix pipes moving in opposite directions.
Developed by FABO engineers as a user-oriented screw washer, after finishing the washing process of the products, it also performs the dewatering process of the product thanks to the inclination of the water flowing in the opposite direction. This feature ensures that the washed sand is stored dry and separated from each other and eliminates the need for the user to install an extra dewatering system.

The Belt Feeder is the system in charge of quickly sending the loaded products to the crusher for the crushing process.
The belt feeder, which has 2 motors and thus gains mobility, has a motor protection system. Thanks to this system, malfunctions that may occur as a result of overheating are prevented.
The working intensity of the Belt Feeder and the crusher is coupled with the automation system.
This feature works in two steps.
Step 1: If the density of the crushed product in the crusher is high, the amperage of the crusher rises, this rise is detected by the automation system and the bunker transfer stops. It prevents product accumulation in the crusher feeding chute. This feature prevents the crusher from being worn out.
Step 2: If the density of the crushed product in the crusher is low, the amperage of the crusher decreases. This decrease is detected by the automation system and bunker transfer increases. The feeding hopper delivers the products to the crusher faster. This feature keeps the production capacity at the maximum level.

The products crushed in the Jaw Crusher are crushed in the cone crusher, which is the second stage of the crushing process, and sent to the sieve and the crushing process ends.
The power transferred from the engine to the gear shaft is sent to the hub with gears. Thanks to the core and concave inside the crusher, it crushes the stones and breaks them into pieces.
