MTK-130 The Mobile Tertiary Crusher has been developed for high-volume tertiary crushing and screening applications with a production capacity of 200–300 Tons/Hour. Featuring a maximum feed capacity of 120 mm and a rotor size of Ø1200 x 1300 mm, this tertiary crusher enables the continuous and controlled processing of materials with varying properties. The material exiting the crusher is classified into different fractions on a vibrating screen measuring 2200 x 5500 mm. The large screen surface area provides screening performance suitable for high production capacity, contributing to the consistent classification of the material.
Powered by a total engine output of 420 kW MTK-130 combines crushing and screening processes into a single mobile system for projects requiring high-capacity production. The mesh sizes and types of the vibrating screen can be determined based on the characteristics of the final product to be produced. This enables the production of different product fractions. The bidirectional rotor motion in the tertiary crusher allows for the use of different surfaces of the crusher blow bars, helping to optimize wear management.
MTK-130, it can be configured with various optional equipment depending on different site conditions and operational requirements. The 500 kVA generator option enables the facility to operate using its own power source at sites where grid power is unavailable or where an independent power source is required. The 1000 mm separator belt option helps separate metal fragments from the crushed material, supporting the safe and controlled operation of the crushing and screening line.
- Wide Range of Feeding Options
Feeding Bunker It can be loaded using an excavator or a loader. This design provides operational flexibility in construction site and quarry applications where different loading equipment is used. - Controlled Feeding System
Thanks to the manual speed control on the feeder, the amount of material fed into the crusher can be adjusted according to operating conditions and production needs. - Hydraulic System
Conveyor belts and hopper hatches can be easily folded and unfolded using the hydraulic system. This design allows for the rapid transportation and installation of the semi-mobile crushing and screening plant without the need for a crane. *Optional - Front Flap
In applications requiring the production of a single product type, the optional front flap located in front of the screen feed belt prevents the material from being transferred to the vibrating screen, allowing the product to be directed directly to the front storage belt. *Optional - Transportation with a Single Truck Head
Thanks to its semi-mobile design, all of the facility’s equipment can be transported using a tow truck. This feature helps streamline logistics operations between different work sites. - Easy Maintenance and Lubrication
Thanks to the manual grease fitting points, periodic lubrication of moving components can be easily performed.
An automatic lubrication unit can be installed to extend maintenance intervals. *Optional - High-Efficiency Tertiary Crusher
Thanks to its specially designed crushing chamber, it helps produce a high proportion of fine, cubic-shaped particles in the production of concrete and asphalt aggregates. Its operating characteristics, which are optimized for producing a high proportion of 0–5 mm material in a single cycle, help ensure the desired proportion of fine material, particularly in ready-mix concrete and asphalt production. - Bidirectional Rotor Movement
The ability of the rotor to operate in both directions reduces localized wear while allowing both surfaces of the rotor blades to be utilized. This results in a more even distribution of wear and extends the service life of the consumables. - Easily Replaceable Protective Liners
The wear liners in the semi-mobile tertiary crusher are included as standard equipment and are bolted in place. This design allows worn parts to be easily and quickly removed and replaced. - Vibrating Screen
The mesh type and mesh spacing of the vibrating screen, which separates broken materials into different fractions, can be customized according to customer specifications. - Braked Axle System
A braked axle system is used to ensure that the semi-mobile crushing and screening plant can be transported safely. - Low-Maintenance Platforms
Thanks to maintenance platforms that facilitate access to areas requiring maintenance, service and inspection procedures can be carried out more safely and conveniently. *Optional - Fully Automatic Automation System
The PLC-based automation system can be managed via an HMI touchscreen panel and remote tablet control. This allows for centralized monitoring of the crushing and screening process. - Generator System
Thanks to the generator system, the facility can be powered by diesel fuel at construction sites where there is no electrical infrastructure. *Optional - Windshifter Technology
The Windshifter, which can be positioned on a long return conveyor, helps separate unwanted lightweight materials from the material on the screen using an airflow. This improves the cleanliness of the final product. *Optional - Minimum Infrastructure Requirements
Thanks to its semi-mobile design, the facility requires minimal infrastructure for installation. The necessary technical information and guidance are provided during the installation process.
