600-700 Ton/Hour Stationary Crushing and Screening Plant

In this project we implemented for the production of concrete and asphalt aggregate, we consolidated the limestone processing operations into a single integrated facility. Having completed the planning and installation of our facility, it now meets high-volume aggregate demand with an on-site production capacity of 600–700 Tons/Hour.

In the production line we designed to accommodate a maximum feed size of 800 mm, we addressed all stages—from preliminary screening to multi-stage crushing, and from product classification to storage—as an integrated whole. With our facility, where final product sizes can be customized to meet customer requirements, we have provided a solution tailored to the diverse aggregate needs of concrete and asphalt production.

How Did We Bring the Project to Life?
Needs Analysis

We based our design on our customer’s concrete and asphalt aggregate requirements, the properties of the limestone material, and the maximum feed size of 800 mm. We determined the scope of the production line based on the expected capacity and the required end products.

Production Line Design

We designed the primary screening, primary and secondary crushing, vertical shaft crushing, and final screening stages as an integrated line. We configured the equipment layout and material flow in accordance with this production process.

Installation of the Feeding and Crushing System

We integrated the TBX feed hopper, wobbler feeder, and bypass screen into the plant’s feeding section. The PDK-150 Turbo Impact Crusher and the secondary impact crusher were positioned to suit the multi-stage crushing process.

Sorting and Storage Integration

We set up the product sorting and storage section using three vibrating horizontal screens and the storage bunkers beneath them. By reconnecting the discharge from the vertical impact crusher to the horizontal screens, we configured this stage as a closed-loop system.

Commissioning

We have commissioned the facility we completed, bringing it online through all stages, from feedstock to final product storage. We have consolidated the production of concrete and asphalt aggregates within the same facility.

Results Obtained in the Field

The facility we have brought into operation has reached a production capacity of 600–700 tons per hour on-site. With a design that allows final product sizes to be determined according to customer requirements, it effectively meets the diverse aggregate needs of the operation.

Equipment Used in the Project

Explore the equipment and technical specifications that make up this facility’s production line—from feeding to crushing and screening, and from product sorting to storage.

TBX-50
Feeding Bunker

It receives the limestone delivered to the facility. It ensures that the material is transferred to the feeding and pre-screening line.

FWF-1450
Wobbler Feeder

It subjects the fine particles in the limestone material, as well as the portions containing soil and clay, to preliminary separation.

PDK-150
Turbo Impact Crusher

It is used in the primary crushing stage of the plant. It reduces the size of the material received after pre-screening, preparing it for the subsequent crushing and screening stages.

TE Series
Vibrating Screen

It separates the material coming out of the primary crusher by size. It directs the separated material to the secondary impact crusher and horizontal screens.

DMK-03
Secondary Impact Crusher

It processes the material directed from the vibrating screen after primary crushing in the second stage. It reduces the material to smaller sizes.

HTE Series Vibrating Horizontal Screens

It sorts the material according to product sizes that meet customer requirements. It directs material that needs to be re-crushed to the vertical shaft crusher feed line.

vertical shaft impact crusher
VSI-1000 OR
Vertical Crusher

It processes material directed from the horizontal screens. The crushed material is returned to the horizontal screens for sorting.

FSB-75
Stock Bunker

It is positioned beneath the horizontal screens. By collecting the sorted final products in separate compartments, it ensures that aggregates of different sizes are stored without mixing.
