250-350 Ton/Hour Stationary Crushing and Screening Plant

In this project, which we developed for processing flint with a high silica content, we designed a crushing and screening line with a capacity of 500 Tons/Hour. We integrated a heavy-duty apron feeder, a pre-screening system, a jaw crusher, and two cone crushers to ensure the material is progressively reduced in size and classified into different product sizes.

By re-screening the material separated in the wobbler feeder using a two-deck bypass screen, we fed the clean material remaining on the screen into the cone crusher line. In the production process that continues with material from the jaw crusher, we positioned the first cone crusher to process coarse material and the second cone crusher for the finer crushing stage. While separating the product using two vibrating screens, we created a closed-loop flow between the second cone crusher and the second screen.

How Did We Bring the Project to Life?
Needs Analysis

We focused on the processing of high-silica flint, the removal of impurities from the feed material, and the production of various product sizes. The production line was designed with a capacity of 500 tons per hour, accounting for the need for multi-stage size reduction.

Production Line Design

We designed the two cone crushing stages that follow the jaw crusher, along with two vibrating screens. We positioned the first cone crusher to process coarser material and the second cone crusher to process material that is redirected to produce a finer product.

Heavy-Duty Feeding and Pre-Separation

We set up a system that transfers stone from the feed hopper to a wobbler feeder using a heavy-duty apron feeder. Within the wobbler feeder, we separated out fractions containing dirt, sand, and mud, while directing the coarse material toward the jaw crusher.

Bypass Screening and Primary Crushing

We reclassified the material discharged from the wobbler feeder using a two-deck bypass screen. While routing the clean material retained on the screen into the cone crushing line, we ensured that the larger stones were reduced in a jaw crusher and subsequently transferred to the same secondary crushing stage.

Two-Stage Cone Crushing and Screening

We directed the material processed in the first cone crusher to the first vibrating screen. While separating the products suitable for stockpiling, we transferred the particles that needed to be re-crushed to the second cone crusher. We configured the line so that the material exiting this crusher would be classified on the second vibrating screen.

Returns and Final Product Storage

We completed the closed circuit by redirecting the material that did not reach the target size on the second screen back to the second cone crusher. We established separate stockpile lines for the appropriately sized products separated from both screens.

Equipment Used in the Project

Explore the equipment and technical specifications that make up this facility’s production line—from heavy-duty feeding to pre-screening, and from jaw and cone crushing to final product storage.

FAPR Series
Apron Feeder

Feeding Bunker it transports the stones coming from source using its heavy-duty design. It transfers the material to the wobbler feeder in a controlled manner.

FWF-1150
Wobbler Feeder

It separates the fractions containing dirt, sand, and mud from the feed material using a bypass screen. It directs large stones to the jaw crusher for primary crushing.

jaw crusher
CLK-110
Jaw Crusher

It processes the large rock from the wobbler feeder during the primary crushing stage. It prepares the reduced material for the secondary crushing line, where the primary cone crusher operates.

CC-300
Cone Crusher

It processes material coming from the jaw crusher and the bypass screen. It reduces the size of the coarse material and sends it to the vibrating screen for classification.

TE Series
Vibrating Screen

It classifies the material coming from the cone crusher. It sends the appropriately sized products to storage areas and returns the material that has not reached the target size to the cone crusher.
