250-300 Ton/Hour Stationary Crushing, Screening and Washing Plant

In this project we developed for the processing of river stone and limestone, we integrated crushing, screening, and washing processes with a capacity of 250–300 Tons/Hour into a single production line. We planned every stage—from feeding to final product storage—to meet the need for processing different materials and producing aggregate in various sizes.

With a volume of 30 m³ Feeding Bunker We completed the production line, which begins with a vibrating primary screen, with crushing stages using jaw, cone, and vertical shaft crushers. By incorporating a washing screen and auger into the production flow, we established a system for classifying and washing the material and preparing the fine products for storage.

We arranged the three- and four-deck vibrating screens, crusher feed hoppers, and belt conveyors side by side. In this way, we integrated the river stone and limestone processing operations—including staged crushing, washing, product separation, and separate storage—within the same facility.

How Did We Bring the Project to Life?
Needs Analysis

We based our design on the need to process river stone and limestone, produce aggregate in various sizes, and incorporate a washing process into the production line. We determined the scope of the facility based on a capacity of 250–300 Tons/Hour and product classification requirements.

Production Line Design

We designed the feeding, pre-screening, jaw crushing, cone crushing, and vertical shaft crushing sections as an integrated system. By incorporating the washing, final screening, and storage equipment into this layout, we established the plant’s layout and material handling lines.

Feeding, Pre-Screening, and Primary Crushing

We located the 30 m³ feeder bunker and the vibrating pre-screen at the beginning of the plant. The coarse material directed to the primary crusher after pre-screening CLK-110 We set up a system where the material will be crushed in a jaw crusher.

Washing and Fine Product Preparation

We incorporated a three-stage washing screen and a washing auger into the production line. By screening and washing the material directed to the washing station, we created a section where fine products will be prepared prior to storage.

Cone and Vertical Shaft Crusher

The cone crusher and VSI-900 We positioned the vertical shaft crusher so that it would be used in the subsequent crushing stages of the production line. Two 20 m³ Feeding BunkerWe set up a temporary storage and feeding system for the materials directed to these sections

Product Classification and Storage

We designed a system in which material processed by three- and four-deck vibrating screens is sorted according to particle size. We completed the line so that the aggregates, sorted by transfer and storage conveyors, are transported to the appropriate storage areas.

Equipment Used in the Project

Explore the equipment and technical specifications that make up this facility’s production line—from feeding to gradual crushing, and from washing to product sorting and storage.

30 m³ Feeding Bunker

It receives the river stones and limestone delivered to the facility. It transfers the material to the pre-screening section using its vibrating feeder.

jaw crusher
CLK-110
Jaw Crusher

The large river stones and limestone directed from the pre-screening section are processed in the primary crushing stage. This reduces the size of the material, preparing it for subsequent production stages.

TE Series
Vibrating Wash Screen

It sorts the material arriving at the washing section by size while washing it with water. It directs the sorted products to the appropriate output lines.

HY-800
Screw Washer

It is involved in processing the fine material coming from the washing section. It ensures that the product is prepared for storage through the washing and dewatering processes.

FBB-V Series
Feed Bunkers

It receives material directed to the cone and vertical shaft crushers. Two separate hoppers provide intermediate storage capacity for feeding the crushers.

CC-300
Cone Crusher

It continues the step-by-step crushing process by reducing the size of the material fed from the production line. It prepares the processed product for the subsequent screening and grading stages.

VSI-900 CR
Vertical Crusher

Feeding BunkerIt crushes the products conveyed from [source]. The crushed product is then conveyed to the screening section to be sorted by size.

TE Series
Vibrating Screens

It sorts the material arriving at the screening section according to different product sizes. It directs the sorted fractions to the appropriate transfer and storage areas.
