MIC-70 The Semi-Mobile Impact Crusher is a mobile crushing solution developed for quarry, recycling, and aggregate production projects, with a production capacity of 70–100 Tons/Hour. With a maximum feed size of 350 mm and a turbo impact crusher rotor measuring Ø1100 × 700 mm, it processes materials of varying hardness with high efficiency, ensuring a homogeneous final product. The screened bypass system, located on the hopper and vibrating feeder, separates fine and contaminated material that does not require crushing at the beginning of the process, thereby reducing the load on the crusher.
Operating with a total engine power of 120 kW MIC-70, offers stable production performance thanks to its controlled feeding mechanism. The bypass screen openings, which can be adjusted according to customer requirements, accommodate different material characteristics, while the manual discharge opening adjustment on the impact crusher allows for precise adjustment of the desired product size.
The optional 200 kVA generator option provides the advantage of independent and uninterrupted operation in areas without an electrical infrastructure.
- Wide Range of Feeding Options
Feeding Bunker It is designed to be fed by excavators, trucks, and loaders. This allows it to easily adapt to various construction site and quarry operating conditions. - Flexible Feeding Bunker Design
Feeding Bunker Capacity can be determined based on the required capacity in accordance with the machine’s current design. - Controlled Feeding System
Thanks to the manual speed control on the feeder, the amount of material fed into the crusher can be adjusted according to operating conditions and production needs. - The Benefits of a Wobbler Feeder
Wobbler feeder, Feeding BunkerIt helps separate the silt, clay, and unwanted fine materials from the material before it is fed into the crusher. This reduces the amount of unwanted materials in the product, resulting in a higher-quality final product. *It can be used in WF configurations. - Hydraulic System
Conveyor belts and hopper hatches can be easily folded and unfolded using the hydraulic system. This design allows for the rapid transportation and installation of the semi-mobile crushing plant without the need for a crane. *Optional - Transportation with a Single Tractor-Trailer
Thanks to its semi-mobile design, all of the facility’s equipment can be transported using a tow truck. This feature helps streamline logistics operations between different work sites. - Easy Maintenance and Lubrication
The manual grease fitting points located in the semi-mobile crushing plant facilitate the periodic lubrication of moving components.
An automatic lubrication unit can be installed to extend maintenance intervals and reduce operator intervention. *Optional - Precise Final Product Adjustment
The distance between the hammers of an impact crusher and the rotor blades can be adjusted manually using a hydraulic system as standard.
In addition, the pendulum distance is automatically adjusted based on the value entered into the automation system, allowing for quick and precise control of the final product size. *Optional - Braked Axle System
A braked axle system is used to ensure that the semi-mobile crushing plant can be transported safely. - Low-Maintenance Platforms
Thanks to maintenance platforms that facilitate access to areas requiring maintenance, service and inspection procedures can be carried out more safely and conveniently. *Optional - Fully Automatic Automation System
The PLC-based automation system can be managed via an HMI touchscreen panel and remote tablet control. This allows for centralized monitoring of the crushing process. - Generator System
Thanks to the generator system, the facility can be powered by diesel fuel at construction sites where there is no electrical infrastructure. *Optional - Minimum Infrastructure Requirements
Thanks to its semi-mobile design, the facility requires minimal infrastructure for installation. The necessary technical information and guidance are provided during the installation process.
