MEY-1645 Semi-Mobile Screening and Washing Plant

MEY-1645 The Mobile Screening and Washing Plant has been developed for medium-scale applications requiring the production of washed and classified material, with a production capacity of 120–200 Tons/Hour. The material is conveyed via a bunker conveyor belt to a 1600 x 4500 mm vibrating screen with a washing mechanism and, as it moves along the screen, is washed by water jets located on each deck. After screening, the material passes through a Ø1100×5000 mm helical washing system to facilitate the washing of the fine material.

With a total engine power of 68 kW and a 130 kVA generator option MEY-1645 combines washing and sorting processes within a mobile plant configuration. The distribution of washing nozzles across the screen decks helps clean the material during screening, while interchangeable screen meshs adapt to different product requirements. The transfer of final products to the storage area via conveyor belts enables the washed products to be stored in an organized manner in separate fractions.

  • Feeding Bunker
    The large bunker design ensures that material is fed into the system in an orderly manner.
  • Grizzly System
    The grate on top of the bunker ensures a consistent and safe feed by controlling the entry of large-sized materials into the system. The grate spacing can be adjusted according to customer requirements and can be easily opened and closed using the hydraulic system.
  • Multiple Screen Mesh Options
    It can be configured with wear-resistant 450 HBW perforated screen mesh, steel screen mesh, clog-resistant screen mesh, polyurethane screen mesh, and grid screen options.
  • Vibrating Wash Screen
    A vibrating wash screen not only classifies the material but also subjects it to a washing process. The washing nozzles located on each layer of the screen remove unwanted fine particles and contaminants from the material.
