ME-2050 Semi-Mobile Screening Plant

ME-2050 The Mobile Screening Plant is designed for the classification of high-volume materials with a production capacity of 200–300 Tons/Hour. The 2000 x 5000 mm vibrating screen provides a large screening surface suitable for the efficient processing of large volumes of material. Material fed from the hopper is transported to the vibrating screen via a conveyor belt, and the different fractions produced after screening are directed to storage areas via storage conveyors.

Operating with a total engine power of 110 kW ME-2050, it provides a robust screening solution for projects with high-capacity requirements. The ability to change the screen mesh depending on the application facilitates switching between different product sizes, while the grate on the hopper helps control coarse material. Thanks to the 100 kVA generator option, alternative operation is possible in sites without an electrical infrastructure.
