ME-1230 Semi-Mobile Screening Plant

ME-1230 The Mobile Screening Plant has been developed for applications requiring the separation of material into different fractions, with a production capacity of 70–120 Tons/Hour. The 1,200 x 3,000 mm vibrating screen classifies the material coming from the hopper. The grate system located on the hopper helps prevent oversized material from entering the screening line uncontrolled.

With a total motor power of 42 kW, the ME-1230 offers ease of use across various operational sites. The screen meshes can be easily replaced, and the spacing between the wires can be adjusted according to specific product requirements, enabling production in different fractions. An optional 60 kVA generator provides an alternative energy solution for sites lacking electrical infrastructure, while the discharge conveyors ensure that the separated products are efficiently transported to their respective storage areas.

  • Feeding Bunker
    The large bunker design ensures that material is fed into the system in an orderly manner.
  • Grilling System
    The grate on top of the bunker ensures a consistent and safe feed by controlling the entry of large-sized materials into the system. The grate spacing can be adjusted according to customer requirements and can be easily opened and closed using the hydraulic system.
  • Multiple Screen Mesh Options
    It can be configured with wear-resistant 450 HBW perforated screen mesh, steel screen mesh, clog-resistant screen mesh, polyurethane screen mesh, and grid screen options.
  • Easy String Replacement
    The design, which allows the mesh brushes to be easily removed and replaced, reduces maintenance time.
  • Fully Automatic Automation System
    The PLC-based, fully automatic automation system ensures controlled management of the entire screening cycle.
