FTV-70 The Mobile Vertical Impact Crusher was developed for applications where controlled feeding and high-quality end-product production are critical, with a production capacity of 70–150 tons per hour and a maximum feed size of 35 mm. The Ø700 mm closed rotor provides a balanced crushing characteristic, particularly for operations involving fine material and the production of cubic products.

The standard manual feed rate adjustment allows the material flow to be adjusted according to on-site conditions, while the hydraulic foldable conveyor belt and bunker system facilitate transportation and installation. Thanks to PLC-based automation and the HMI panel, the crushing cycle can be controlled centrally.

• High-Efficiency Hybrid Propulsion System
  Thanks to its hybrid powertrain, it offers the option of 100% electric operation in addition to running on diesel fuel. This provides the benefit of zero emissions during electric operation, while the hybrid design helps reduce operating costs by delivering fuel savings of up to 30% compared to traditional systems.
• Continuous and Controlled Feeding
  The feeding system ensures that the material is fed into the vertical shaft crusher in a steady and controlled manner. The feeder speed is manually adjustable as standard, allowing the feeding rate to be easily controlled according to different material characteristics.
• Apron Feeder Option
  The system, which comes standard with a belt feeder, can be configured with an optional apron feeder. The apron feeder offers the advantage of lower and localized wear compared to the belt system. The ability to replace the worn section independently reduces maintenance costs while contributing to the more efficient handling of sticky materials and minimizing the risk of structural damage that oversized materials might cause during feeding. *Optional
• High-Precision Vertical Shaft Crushing
  The FTV Series of mobile vertical crushers has been developed for applications requiring sand production, fine material production, and the production of cubic-shaped products. Thanks to the rotor geometry and the high-speed crushing principle, it contributes to the controlled processing of the material and the improvement of product shape.
• Easily Replaceable Protective Liners
  The protective liners inside the crusher are included as standard equipment and are bolted in place. This design allows worn parts to be easily and quickly removed and replaced.
• Hydraulic Folding System
  Conveyor belts and hopper covers can be easily folded and unfolded using the hydraulic system. This allows for quick transport and installation without the need for a crane. The system is designed so that installation can be carried out by a single person.
• Fully Automatic Automation
  The entire crushing cycle can be managed through a PLC-based, fully automated system. Using the HMI touchscreen and remote control, the operator can safely and effectively manage the plant’s operating parameters from the field.
