FTT-100-S The Mobile Tertiary Crusher combines high-volume production with product classification within a single mobile facility, with a capacity of 150–200 Tons/Hour. With a rotor size of Ø1200 x 1000 mm and a maximum feed size of 120 mm, support the tertiary crushing process in high-production operations, while the 1500 x 4200 mm vibrating screen ensures the crushed material is separated into different product fractions. The 550 kVA generator capacity provides the necessary power infrastructure to support the machine’s high-capacity operation.
FTT-100-SIts integrated design allows crushing, screening, and stockpiling processes to be carried out on the same mobile platform without the need to install a separate crusher and screen unit. The ability to adjust screen mesh sizes according to customer needs ensures compatibility with different product recipes, while the long return conveyor belt can be used as a side stockpile conveyor when needed.
- High-Efficiency Hybrid Drive System
Thanks to its hybrid propulsion system, it offers the option of 100% electric operation in addition to running on diesel fuel. By providing the benefit of zero emissions during electric operation, the system helps reduce operating costs with fuel savings of up to 30% compared to traditional propulsion solutions.
- Feeding Bunker
The feeding bunker ensures that material is transferred to the feeding system in a steady and controlled manner, helping the tertiary crushing process operate with a continuous flow of material. Protective liners inside the hopper are included as standard; they are bolted in place and can be easily replaced as needed. - Controlled Feeding System
Thanks to the manual speed control on the standard belt feeder and the optional apron feeder, the amount of material fed to the crusher can be adjusted according to operating conditions. This ensures that feed control is tailored to different material characteristics and production needs. - Advantages of the Apron Feeder
An optional apron feeder can be chosen as an alternative to the belt feeder. The apron feeder, which offers the advantage of lower and localized wear, allows only the worn section to be replaced. This design, which is more effective for conveying sticky materials, also reduces the risk of structural damage that can occur during the rough feeding of large-sized materials. *Optional - Easily Replaceable Protective Liners
The protective liners inside the crusher are included as standard in the system and are of the bolted type. This design allows worn parts to be easily and quickly removed and replaced. - High-Efficiency Tertiary Crusher
Thanks to its special crushing chamber design, it contributes to the production of a high proportion of fine and cubic-shaped aggregates in both concrete and asphalt production. Its operating characteristics, which are optimized for producing a high proportion of 0–5 mm material in a single cycle, help ensure the desired proportion of fine material, particularly in ready-mix concrete and asphalt production. - Bidirectional Rotor Motion
The fact that the rotor can operate in both directions reduces localized wear while allowing both surfaces of the rotor blades to be utilized. This results in a more balanced distribution of wear and extends the service life of the wear parts. - Hydraulic System
Conveyor belts and hopper hatches can be easily folded and unfolded using a hydraulic system. Thanks to this design, transportation and installation can be carried out without the need for a crane, making the transportation of the mobile tertiary crusher more convenient. - Fully Automatic Automation System
The PLC-based, fully automatic automation system ensures controlled management of the entire crushing cycle. The system’s operating parameters can be monitored and controlled via the HMI touchscreen panel and remote control.
