FTS 15-50-3 The Mobile Screen was developed for high-volume screening operations with a production capacity of 450 Tons/Hour.

The 1550 x 5000 mm screen size allows the material to be processed over a wider screening surface. The material is first fed through a belt feeder and then transferred to the vibrating screen via the screen feed belt, creating a continuous and consistent product flow.

 The ease with which the screen surface can be replaced offers a significant advantage when switching between different product formulations, while options such as Hardox® 450, steel, non-clogging, polyurethane, and mesh screens allow for the selection of the appropriate working surface based on material properties. Hydraulic bunker doors and a palletized travel system facilitate the mobility of high-capacity screening operations within the site.

• Grid  System
  The grid on the bunker controls the entry of oversized materials into the system, ensuring a consistent and safe feeding process. grid spacing can be customized according to customer requirements, while the hydraulic system enables easy opening and closing.
• Multiple Screen Mesh Options
  Hardox® 450 perforated screen mesh can be configured with steel screen mesh, clog-resistant screen mesh, polyurethane screen mesh, and grid screen options.
• Easy String Replacement
  The design, which allows the wire brushes to be easily removed and replaced, reduces maintenance time.
• Hybrid Propulsion and Generator System
  Thanks to its hybrid system architecture, the mobile screen offers the advantage of 100% electric operation, enabling zero emissions during operation. The hybrid drive system helps reduce operating costs by providing fuel savings of up to 30% compared to traditional systems.
• Windshifter Technology
  The optional windshifter, which can be positioned on conveyor belts, helps separate unwanted lightweight particles from the material using an airflow. This improves the cleanliness and quality of the final product.
• Fully Automatic Automation System
  The PLC-based, fully automatic automation system ensures controlled management of the entire screening cycle. The system’s operating parameters can be monitored and controlled via the HMI touchscreen panel and remote control.
