FTJ-85 Mobile Jaw Crusher
The FTJ-85 Mobile Jaw Crusher is a compact mobile jaw crusher model optimized specifically for urban demolition sites and medium-scale recycling operations, with a production capacity of 65–95 metric tons per hour and a maximum feed size of 400 mm. Thanks to its hybrid engine design, which offers a dual power source, it provides flexible operation using both diesel fuel and grid electricity. The heavy-duty tracked undercarriage ensures versatile maneuverability on rugged demolition sites, allowing the machine to take position within minutes of being unloaded from the lowbed.
The grated bypass system in the feed hopper extends the crusher’s service life, while hydraulically controlled bunker doors and foldable conveyors significantly simplify transport processes. The entire crushing cycle is safely managed without human intervention via remote control through a PLC-based fully automated system and an HMI touchscreen panel. The product discharge size can be adjusted on the screen in seconds using a hydraulic adjustment mechanism integrated with ruler technology. Additionally, a magnetic separator belt for removing rebar from concrete at recycling sites and a hydraulic crusher arm mounted above the crushing chamber for breaking up jammed large blocks can be optionally added to the system.

- The two-stage bypass system, which separates fine material before it enters the crushing process, is available as an option with either a screen or Hardox® options.
