FTJ 12-85 The Mobile Jaw Crusher is a heavy-duty mobile jaw crusher designed for crushing hard rock, with a crushing capacity of 350–550 tons per hour and a feed size of 870 mm.
The dual-mode hybrid infrastructure, which enhances energy efficiency in quarries, ensures uninterrupted production through the use of either diesel or grid electricity.
Hydraulically controlled bunker hatches and folding conveyor belts ensure that transport and installation processes are quick and seamless, keeping the time required to a minimum.
The production process is carried out fully autonomously via an automation system equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Jaw opening adjustments are made with millimeter precision via a hydraulic ruler mechanism, without the need for operator intervention.

- A two-stage bypass system that allows fine material to be separated before entering the crushing process is available as an option with either a screen or Hardox® configurations.
