FTI-80 The Mobile Impact Crusher was developed to meet the need for high efficiency in low- and medium-capacity projects, with a production capacity of 50–150 Tons/Hour. It integrates a feed hopper, vibrating feeder, impact crusher, diesel-electric generator, optional separator belt, stockpile and bypass belts, and a tracked system into a compact mobile structure. It offers an effective solution, particularly at construction sites with limited workspace, thanks to its compact design and low operating costs.
Thanks to the screened bypass system on the vibrating feeder, dirty and muddy materials that should not enter the crusher can be pre-separated and transferred to the bypass conveyor. This reduces the load on the crusher while helping to maintain the quality of the final product. Hydraulic folding conveyors and bunker hatches enable quick installation and transport, while the entire crushing cycle can be safely controlled via a PLC-based, fully automatic automation system and an HMI touchscreen panel.
- Controlled Feeding System
The speed of the vibrating feeder located in the feed hopper can be adjusted manually as standard. This allows the amount of material fed into the crusher to be easily controlled according to operating conditions and production requirements. - High-Efficiency Impact Crushing Technology
The impact crusher is equipped with a two-impact apron crushing system as standard.
In applications where a higher proportion of fine material is required, it can be incorporated into the system as a third impact apron. *Optional - Easy Maintenance and Lubrication System
Thanks to the manual grease fitting points on the crusher, periodic lubrication of moving components can be easily performed.
An automatic lubrication system can be installed to extend maintenance intervals and reduce operator intervention. *Optional - Hydraulic Breaker Body and Adjustment System
The fact that the crusher body can be opened hydraulically as standard allows for quick maintenance and service operations.
The ability to move the flaps hydraulically allows for practical adjustment of the final product dimensions during operation. - Hybrid Propulsion and Generator System
Thanks to its hybrid system architecture, the mobile impact crusher offers the advantage of 100% electric operation, enabling zero emissions during operation. The hybrid drive system helps reduce operating costs by providing fuel savings of up to 30% compared to traditional systems. - Vibrating Feeder for Under-Crusher Applications *Optional
Materials crushed in the impact crusher are transferred in a controlled manner to the pre-stock conveyor belt via a lower feeder driven by a vibration motor. Particularly in rubble and concrete recycling projects, this prevents steel pieces contained within the rubble and concrete from falling directly onto the conveyor belt and damaging it. In this way, it helps protect the conveyor belt while ensuring that the crushed material is transferred to the pre-stock conveyor belt in an orderly and controlled manner.
