The Continuous Feeding System detects when material input to the impact crusher exceeds its capacity and automatically reduces the feeding rate. This ensures that the material in the crushing chamber is processed smoothly and efficiently without jamming. Once the crushing process is complete, the feeding rate is increased again, and the mobile impact crusher returns to its standard operating performance.

The Load Relief System detects the increase in pressure that occurs when hard-to-crush or unwanted material enters the impact crusher chamber and automatically widens the crusher discharge opening. This ensures that foreign or uncrushable material is safely discharged from the crusher without causing damage to the system. Once the process is complete, the discharge opening automatically returns to the setting value previously determined by the operator, and the crusher continues to operate uninterrupted at the desired production standards.
