FTB 15-50

The FTB 15-50 Scalper Screen has been developed for quarrying, mining, and recycling applications requiring high-volume scalping, offering a production capacity of 220–400 tons per hour. Its 1530 x 4800 mm vibrating screen surface ensures effective material classification, while the large feed hopper and balanced feeding system support a continuous production flow. Featuring a 110 kVA generator, the mobile unit offers independent and flexible operation on-site.

The FTB 15-50’s tracked mobile chassis facilitates rapid transport and positioning across different work areas. While a standard belt feeder transfers material to the screen in a controlled manner, an optional apron feeder is available for heavy-duty applications. The screening surface can be configured to suit specific needs with options such as Hardox® 450 punched plates, wire mesh, or grizzly screens. Additionally, features like hydraulic hopper flaps, an impact-bar conveyor system, and a dual-speed track drive streamline usage, transport, and on-site operations.

  Thanks to its large screening surface, it enables the fast and effective separation of high-volume material.
  
• Belt Feeder
  As a standard feeding system, it ensures that the material is fed into the vibrating screen in a controlled manner.
• Advantages of the Apron Feeder
  An optional apron feeder can be chosen as an alternative to the belt feeder. The apron feeder, which offers the advantage of lower and localized wear, allows only the worn section to be replaced. This design, which is more effective for conveying sticky materials, also reduces the risk of structural damage that can occur during the rough feeding of large-sized materials. *Optional
• Different Screen Options
  Hardox® 450 perforated screen mesh can be customized for specific applications with options such as steel screen mesh, clog-resistant screen mesh, polyurethane screen mesh, or grid-style screen mesh.
• Hybrid Work System
  It offers flexibility for operation in various field conditions with both electric and diesel power options.
• Impact-Bar Conveyor System
  It helps preserve the belt’s service life by reducing the impact of shocks that may occur at the feed point on the belt.
• Hydraulic System
  Conveyor belts and hopper hatches can be easily folded and unfolded using a hydraulic system. Thanks to this design, transportation and installation can be carried out without the need for a crane, making the transportation of the mobile tertiary crusher more convenient.
• Fully Automatic Automation System
  The PLC-based, fully automatic automation system ensures controlled management of the entire screening cycle. The system’s operating parameters can be monitored and controlled via the HMI touchscreen panel and remote control.
