TBC-F 100-24 Mobile Conveyor Belt
The TBC-F 100-24 Mobile Conveyor Belt offers a fast, controlled, and flexible transport solution for material stockpiling and on-site transfer processes. Capable of operating on both diesel fuel and electric power thanks to its 88 kVA generator and hybrid technology, the unit adapts to diverse working conditions. Its 400 mm tracked undercarriage allows for easy maneuverability across challenging and uneven terrain, while remote control functionality simplifies operation. Additionally, the discharge height is hydraulically adjustable, enabling quick reconfiguration to meet varying stockpiling requirements.
The feed hopper—the initial contact point for material transfer—is reinforced with 6 mm thick bolted wear liners, which can be easily removed and replaced. Driven by two coupled motors, the belt ensures continuous and controlled material transfer, while the hydraulically foldable body facilitates transport and setup. Another key advantage of the TBC-F 100-24 is its design, which allows it to fit inside a shipping container when folded.
