PRO-100 The Semi-Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant, with a capacity of 130–180 Tons/Hour, offers a balanced production solution for medium- and high-volume crushing and screening applications. The Ø1100 x 1030 mm rotor design and 500 mm maximum feed size allow for the transfer of high-volume material to the impact crusher. The 1800 x 4500 mm vibrating screen allows for the classification of crushed products into different sizes, and the ability to select screen mesh according to customer needs ensures that the product recipe can be tailored to the specific application.
PRO-100 Thanks to the optional front flap on the semi-mobile crushing and screening plant, the operation of the screen feed line can be adjusted for the production of a single product type. This allows the material to be directed to the front storage conveyor belt directly, rather than to the vibrating screen, when necessary.
Thanks to the hydraulic pendulum adjustment, the final product size can be controlled manually; when the option to adjust via the automation system is selected, the set value is entered directly through the automation system, making it easier to control the final product size.
- Wide Range of Feeding Options
Feeding Bunker It is designed to be fed by excavators, trucks, and loaders. This allows it to easily adapt to various construction site and quarry operating conditions. - Flexible Feeding Bunker Design
Feeding Bunker The capacity can be determined based on the capacity required in accordance with the machine’s current design. - Controlled Feeding System
Thanks to the manual speed control on the feeder, the amount of material fed into the crusher can be adjusted according to operating conditions and production needs. - The Benefits of a Wobbler Feeder
Wobbler feeder, Feeding BunkerIt helps separate mud, clay, and unwanted fine materials from the material before it is fed into the crusher. This reduces the amount of unwanted materials in the product, resulting in a higher-quality final product. *It can be used in WF configurations. - Hydraulic System
Conveyor belts and hopper hatches can be easily folded and unfolded using the hydraulic system. This design allows for the rapid transportation and installation of the semi-mobile crushing and screening plant without the need for a crane. *Optional - Front Flap
In applications requiring the production of a single product type, the optional front flap located in front of the screen feed belt prevents the material from being transferred to the vibrating screen, allowing the product to be directed directly to the front storage belt. *Optional - Transportation with a Single Truck Head
Thanks to its semi-mobile design, all of the facility’s equipment can be transported using a tow truck. This feature helps streamline logistics operations between different work sites. - Easy Maintenance and Lubrication
The manual grease fitting points on the semi-mobile crushing and screening plant make it easy to perform periodic lubrication of moving components.
An automatic lubrication unit can be installed to extend maintenance intervals and reduce operator intervention. *Optional - Precision Final Product Adjustment
The distance between the hammers of an impact crusher and the rotor blades can be adjusted manually using a hydraulic system as standard.
In addition, the pendulum distance is automatically adjusted based on the value entered into the automation system, allowing for quick and precise control of the final product size. *Optional - Vibrating Screen
In vibrating screens, which enable the production of products in different fractions, the type of screen mesh and the mesh spacing can be determined according to customer needs. - Braked Axle System
A braked axle system is used to ensure that the semi-mobile crushing and screening plant can be transported safely. - Low-Maintenance Platforms
Thanks to maintenance platforms that facilitate access to areas requiring maintenance, service and inspection procedures can be carried out more safely and conveniently. *Optional - Fully Automatic Automation System
The PLC-based automation system can be managed via an HMI touchscreen panel and remote tablet control. This allows for centralized monitoring of the crushing and screening process. - Generator System
Thanks to the generator system, the facility can be powered by diesel fuel at construction sites where there is no electrical infrastructure. *Optional - Windshifter Technology
The Windshifter, which can be positioned along a long return conveyor, helps separate unwanted lightweight materials from the material on the screen using an airflow. This improves the cleanliness of the final product. *Optional - Minimum Infrastructure Requirements
Thanks to its semi-mobile design, the facility requires minimal infrastructure for installation. The necessary technical information and guidance are provided during the installation process.
