The MJC-90 Semi-Mobile Jaw Crushing and Screening Plant is designed for the crushing and classification of large volumes of coarse material, featuring a production capacity of 120–180 tons per hour and a maximum feed size of 600 mm. The jaw crusher, equipped with a 900 x 650 mm feed opening, performs the primary size reduction of material delivered from the feed hopper via a vibrating feeder. The crushed product is then separated on a 1550 x 4000 mm vibrating screen, and the resulting fractions are transported to the stockpile area via discharge conveyors.
In the MJC-90 Semi-Mobile Jaw Crushing and Screening Plant, the crushing and screening processes are carried out in a controlled, sequential flow, which simplifies product management. The large maximum feed capacity allows for the processing of stones of varying sizes, while the vibrating screen ensures that the crushed material is classified according to the desired product dimensions. The ability to select screen media (mesh) tailored to specific customer requirements enables the production line to be adapted to various product specifications.
- Uninterrupted Flow of Materials
Feeding BunkerThe material is fed in a controlled manner from the vibrating feeder to the jaw crusher. This staged feeding system helps maintain a balanced flow of material through the crushing line. - High-Performance Jaw Crusher
A jaw crusher reduces large, high-hardness materials to a smaller size during the primary crushing stage, preparing them for the subsequent screening process.
The outlet opening can be adjusted via the hydraulic system to accommodate different product sizes. *Optional - Screening and Classification
The material coming out of the jaw crusher is separated into different fractions on a vibrating screen. The screen mesh type and mesh sizes can be customized to meet customer needs based on the desired final products. - Direct Stocking Feature
The products separated on the screen are transported to the storage area via conveyor belts. This ensures that the different fractions are stored in an orderly manner and kept separate from one another. - Wide Range of Feeding Options
Feeding Bunker It can be loaded using an excavator, truck, or loader. This feature allows it to adapt to different job sites and loading conditions. - Bunker Capacity Based on Need
Feeding BunkerIts capacity can be determined based on customer needs. This allows the system’s power supply configuration to be tailored to the project requirements. *Optional - Controlled Feeder
The vibrating feeder ensures that the material in the hopper is fed into the jaw crusher at a steady rate. The feed rate can be adjusted manually according to operating conditions.
An automatic lubrication unit can be installed to extend maintenance intervals. *Optional - Hydraulic System
Conveyor belts and hopper covers can be opened and folded using a hydraulic system. This design simplifies transportation and installation. *Optional - Front Flap
In applications where production of a single size is required, the front flap prevents the material from being transferred to the vibrating screen and instead directs it directly to the pre-stock conveyor belt. *Optional - Easy Maintenance and Lubrication
Thanks to the manual grease points, periodic lubrication of moving parts can be easily performed. An automatic lubrication unit can be installed to extend maintenance intervals. *Optional - Braked Axle System
The braked axle system ensures that the facility is transported safely and in a controlled manner. - Low-Maintenance Platforms
Thanks to maintenance platforms that facilitate access to areas requiring maintenance, service and inspection procedures can be carried out more safely and conveniently. *Optional - Fully Automatic Automation System
The PLC-based automation system can be managed via an HMI touchscreen panel and remote tablet control. This allows for centralized monitoring of the crushing and screening process. - Generator System
Thanks to the generator system, the facility can be powered by diesel fuel at construction sites where there is no electrical infrastructure. *Optional - Minimum Infrastructure Requirements
Thanks to its semi-mobile design, the facility requires minimal infrastructure for installation. The necessary technical information and guidance are provided during the installation process.
