MIC-150 Semi-Mobile Impact Crusher

MIC-150 The Semi-Mobile Impact Crusher, with a production capacity of 300–600 Tons/Hour, is the highest-performance model in the MIC Series and was developed for large-scale quarry and mining projects. With a maximum feed capacity of 800 mm and a Ø1200 × 1500 mm turbo impact crusher rotor, it ensures the efficient processing of high-volume and large-sized materials within a single mobile system. The synchronized material flow between the hopper, the vibrating feeder, and the bypass system supports uninterrupted and balanced production performance.

With a total engine power of 350 kW MIC-150, is designed to ensure high production continuity under harsh operating conditions. The bypass screen, which can be configured according to the material characteristics, optimizes the feed reaching the crusher, while the impact crusher’s manual discharge opening adjustment allows for the precise achievement of the desired product sizes. The optional 700 kVA generator provides a powerful, independent power solution for sites without an electrical infrastructure, while the pre-stock conveyor efficiently transports the crushed material to the storage area.

Features
  • Wide Range of Feeding Options
Feeding Bunker It is designed to be fed by excavators, trucks, and loaders. This allows it to easily adapt to various construction site and quarry operating conditions.
  • Flexible Feeding Bunker Design
Feeding Bunker The capacity can be determined based on the required capacity in accordance with the machine’s current design.
  • Controlled Feeding System
Thanks to the manual speed control on the feeder, the amount of material fed into the crusher can be adjusted according to operating conditions and production requirements.
  • The Benefits of a Wobbler Feeder
Wobbler feeder, Feeding BunkerIt helps separate mud, clay, and unwanted fine materials from the material before it is fed into the crusher. This reduces the amount of unwanted materials in the product, resulting in a higher-quality final product. *It can be used in WF configurations.
  • Hydraulic System
Conveyor belts and hopper hatches can be easily folded and unfolded using the hydraulic system. This design allows for the rapid transportation and installation of the semi-mobile crushing plant without the need for a crane. *Optional
  • Transportation with a Single Tractor-Trailer
Thanks to its semi-mobile design, all of the facility’s equipment can be transported using a tow truck. This feature helps streamline logistics operations between different work sites.
  • Easy Maintenance and Lubrication
The manual grease fitting points located on the semi-mobile crushing plant allow for easy periodic lubrication of moving components.
An automatic lubrication unit can be installed to extend maintenance intervals and reduce operator intervention. *Optional
  • Precision Final Product Adjustment
The distance between the hammers of an impact crusher and the rotor blades can be manually adjusted using a hydraulic system as standard.
In addition, the pendulum distance is automatically adjusted based on the value entered into the automation system, allowing for quick and precise control of the final product size. *Optional
  • Braked Axle System
A braked axle system is used to ensure that the semi-mobile crushing plant can be transported safely.
  • Low-Maintenance Platforms
Thanks to maintenance platforms that facilitate access to areas requiring maintenance, service and inspection procedures can be carried out more safely and conveniently. *Optional
  • Fully Automatic Automation System
The PLC-based automation system can be managed via an HMI touchscreen panel and remote tablet control. This allows for centralized monitoring of the crushing process.
  • Generator System
Thanks to the generator system, the facility can be powered by diesel fuel at construction sites where there is no electrical infrastructure. *Optional
  •  Minimum Infrastructure Requirements

Thanks to its semi-mobile design, the facility requires minimal infrastructure for installation. The necessary technical information and guidance are provided during the installation process.
