MIC-100 Semi-Mobile Impact Crusher

MIC-100 The Semi-Mobile Impact Crusher is a powerful mobile impact crusher developed for medium- and high-volume aggregate production projects, with a production capacity of 150–200 Tons/Hour. With a maximum feed size of 600 mm and an impact crusher rotor dimension of Ø1200 × 1000 mm, it processes large feed materials with high efficiency, ensuring the production of high-quality cubic aggregate. Feeding BunkerAs the material from the feeder moves evenly along the vibrating feeder, the bypass system pre-optimizes the material that will enter the crusher.

With a total engine power of 230 kW MIC-100, it is designed to ensure reliable operation in high-capacity production. Thanks to the separate bypass conveyor, fine material is removed from the process, while the manual discharge opening adjustment on the impact crusher allows the final product size to be adjusted according to project requirements.

Features
  • Wide Range of Feeding Options
Feeding Bunker It is designed to be fed by excavators, trucks, and loaders. This allows it to easily adapt to various construction site and quarry operating conditions.
  • Flexible Feeding Bunker Design
Feeding Bunker The capacity can be determined based on the capacity required in accordance with the machine’s current design.
  • Controlled Feeding System
Thanks to the manual speed control on the feeder, the amount of material fed into the crusher can be adjusted according to operating conditions and production needs.
  • The Benefits of a Wobbler Feeder
Wobbler feeder, Feeding BunkerIt helps separate mud, clay, and unwanted fine materials from the material before it is fed into the crusher. This reduces the amount of unwanted materials in the product, resulting in a higher-quality final product. *It can be used in WF configurations.
  • Hydraulic System
Conveyor belts and hopper hatches can be easily folded and unfolded using the hydraulic system. This design allows for the rapid transportation and installation of the semi-mobile crushing plant without the need for a crane. *Optional
  • Transportation with a Single Tractor-Trailer
Thanks to its semi-mobile design, all of the facility’s equipment can be transported using a tow truck. This feature helps streamline logistics operations between different work sites.
  • Easy Maintenance and Lubrication
The manual grease fitting points located in the semi-mobile crushing plant facilitate the periodic lubrication of moving components.
An automatic lubrication unit can be installed to extend maintenance intervals and reduce operator intervention. *Optional
  • Precision Final Product Adjustment
The distance between the hammers of an impact crusher and the rotor blades can be manually adjusted using a hydraulic system as standard.
In addition, the pendulum distance is automatically adjusted based on the value entered into the automation system, allowing for quick and precise control of the final product size. *Optional
  • Braked Axle System
A braked axle system is used to ensure that the semi-mobile crushing plant can be transported safely.
  • Low-Maintenance Platforms
Thanks to maintenance platforms that facilitate access to areas requiring maintenance, service and inspection procedures can be carried out more safely and conveniently. *Optional
  • Fully Automatic Automation System
The PLC-based automation system can be managed via an HMI touchscreen panel and remote tablet control. This allows for centralized monitoring of the crushing process.
  • Generator System
Thanks to the generator system, the facility can be powered by diesel fuel at construction sites where there is no electrical infrastructure. *Optional
  •  Minimum Infrastructure Requirements

Thanks to its semi-mobile design, the facility requires minimal infrastructure for installation. The necessary technical information and guidance are provided during the installation process.
