MEY-1230 Semi-Mobile Screening and Washing Plant

MEY-1230 The Mobile Screening and Washing Plant, with a capacity of 70–120 Tons/Hour, has been developed for applications where material must not only be screened but also washed and cleaned. The material inside the bunker is transported via a conveyor belt to a 1200 x 3000 mm vibrating screen with a washing system. Washing nozzles located on each deck of the screen assist in washing the material, after which a 500 x 5,000 mm spiral washer helps clean the fine material.

With a total engine power of 50 kW MEY-1230, offers a solution for projects requiring wash-and-screening. The ability to easily replace the screen mesh and use different mesh options allows the fractions to be produced to be tailored to the specific application. The 100 kVA generator option enhances flexibility for mobile use, while the cleaned products are transferred to the relevant storage areas via conveyor belts after washing and storage.

    The grate on top of the bunker ensures a consistent and safe feed by controlling the entry of large-sized materials into the system. The grate spacing can be adjusted according to customer requirements and can be easily opened and closed using the hydraulic system.

    A vibrating wash screen not only classifies the material but also subjects it to a washing process. The washing nozzles located on each layer of the screen remove unwanted fine particles and contaminants from the material.
