ME-1645 Semi-Mobile Screening Plant

ME-1645 The Mobile Screening Plant has been developed for the continuous classification of higher-volume materials, with a production capacity of 120–200 Tons/Hour. The 1600 x 4500 mm vibrating screen surface allows the material to be processed over a wider working area during the screening process. The material exiting the hopper is transported to the screen via a conveyor belt and then directed to the stockpile belts, ensuring that the entire process is carried out with a steady flow of product.

Configured with a total engine power of 53 kW and a 100 kVA generator option ME-1645, it provides a suitable solution for medium-capacity mobile screening needs. The ease of replacing the screen meshs simplifies the transition between different product recipes, while the grate system on the hopper keeps material feeding under control. The mobile system provides flexibility in projects where site changes are critical, thanks to its ability to be repositioned in different work areas.
