FTV-90-S Mobile Vertical Impact Crusher, 120-220 Ton/Hour It combines high production volume with its production capacity through an integrated screening process.

Material processed by a crusher with a Ø900 mm closed rotor and a maximum feed size of 50 mm is screened through a 1500 x 4200 mm vibrating screen. This setup allows the crushed material to be separated into different fractions within a single mobile system, while the ability to select screen sizes according to specific needs helps in creating a product recipe tailored to each project.

The ability to use the long return conveyor as a side storage conveyor provides flexibility in plant layout while allowing the material that passes through the screen to be treated as a separate product.

The optional Windshifter helps separate light, unwanted material.

• Apron Feeder Option
  The system, which comes standard with a belt feeder, can be configured with an optional apron feeder. The apron feeder offers the advantage of lower and localized wear compared to the belt system.
