FTV-70-S Mobile Vertical Impact Crusher, 70-150 Ton/Hour It features a compact plant design that combines crushing and screening processes on a single platform. Material discharged from the vertical-shaft crusher, which features a closed rotor diameter of Ø700 mm and a maximum feed size of 35 mm, is classified on a 1500 x 3800 mm vibrating screen. The ability to customize screen mesh sizes according to customer needs enables the production of different product fractions within a single mobile system.

The return conveyor belt can also be used as a side storage conveyor belt when needed and allows material that passes through the screen to be utilized as a different end product.

The optional Windshifter helps separate light and unwanted materials, while the hydraulically foldable design simplifies transportation and setup.
