FTT-65 Mobile Tertiary Crusher, 75–120 Ton/Hour With its production capacity and a maximum feed size of 120 mm, it has been developed specifically for projects where the production of fine-grained products—particularly concrete and asphalt aggregates—is a priority.
The Ø1200 x 650 mm rotor dimensions deliver the benefits of the tertiary crushing principle in a compact, mobile solution, while the specially designed crushing chamber contributes to a high yield of 0–5 mm product. The 275 kVA generator capacity provides a robust power infrastructure suited to the mobile operation of the tertiary crusher.
FTT-65The manual speed adjustment on the standard belt feeder allows the material flow to be adjusted according to on-site conditions. In more challenging feeding conditions, selecting the apron feeder option can facilitate the handling of sticky materials and help manage localized wear.
Thanks to the bidirectional rotor movement, both sides of the pallets can be used, while the hydraulic body-opening system speeds up access for maintenance operations. Thanks to the hydraulic folding conveyor belts and bunker covers, the machine can be quickly set up and moved on-site.
- High-Efficiency Hybrid Drive System
Thanks to its hybrid propulsion system, it offers the option of 100% electric operation in addition to running on diesel fuel. By providing the benefit of zero emissions during electric operation, the system helps reduce operating costs with fuel savings of up to 30% compared to traditional propulsion solutions.
- Feeding Bunker
Feeding Bunker, it ensures that material is fed into the system in a regular and controlled manner, thereby helping the tertiary crushing process operate with a continuous flow of material. Protective liners inside the hopper are included as standard; they are bolted in place and can be easily replaced as needed. - Controlled Feeding System
Thanks to the manual speed control on the standard belt feeder and the optional apron feeder, the amount of material fed to the crusher can be adjusted according to operating conditions. This ensures that feed control is tailored to different material characteristics and production needs. - Advantages of the Apron Feeder
An optional apron feeder can be used as an alternative to a belt feeder. The apron feeder, which offers the advantage of lower and localized wear, allows only the worn section to be replaced. This design, which is more effective in handling sticky materials, also reduces the risk of structural damage that can occur during the rough feeding of large-sized materials. *Optional - Easily Replaceable Protective Liners
The protective liners inside the crusher are included as standard in the system and are of the bolted type. This design allows for the easy and quick removal and replacement of worn parts. - High-Efficiency Tertiary Crusher
Thanks to its specially designed crushing chamber, it helps produce a high proportion of fine, cubic-shaped particles in the production of concrete and asphalt aggregates. Its operating characteristics, which are optimized for producing a high proportion of 0–5 mm material in a single pass, help ensure the desired proportion of fine material, particularly in ready-mix concrete and asphalt production. - Bidirectional Rotor Movement
The fact that the rotor can operate in both directions reduces localized wear while allowing both surfaces of the rotor blades to be utilized. As a result, wear is distributed more evenly, and the service life of consumables is extended. - Hydraulic System
Conveyor belts and hopper hatches can be easily folded and unfolded using a hydraulic system. Thanks to this design, transportation and installation can be carried out without the need for a crane, making the transportation of the mobile tertiary crusher more convenient. - Fully Automatic Automation System
The PLC-based, fully automatic automation system ensures controlled management of the entire crushing cycle. The system’s operating parameters can be monitored and controlled via the HMI touchscreen panel and remote control.
