FSHC 10-14 Semi-Mobile Hammer Crusher

FSHC 10-14 Semi-Mobile Hammer Crusher, with a production capacity of 40–120 Tons/Hour and a 7 m³ Feeding Bunker It was developed to effectively crush the material and reduce it to the desired product size. Feeding Bunker The material transferred from the belt feeder is fed in a controlled manner to the hammer crusher. The hammers on the rotor crush the fed material by striking it against the swing plates at high speed, and thanks to the replaceable screen system in the crusher discharge hopper, various final product sizes ranging from 0 to 25 mm can be achieved.

FSHC 10-14 One of its standout features is that each hammer on the crusher can be replaced independently. The ability to replace a single worn-out hammer separately not only allows for faster and more practical maintenance but also helps reduce spare part costs by eliminating the need to replace all hammers at once. Thanks to its replaceable screen design, the need for an additional vibrating screen may be eliminated in suitable applications. The integration of the feed hopper, belt feeder, hammer crusher, and discharge conveyor onto a single-axle, semi-mobile chassis facilitates the easy use and positioning of the plant within the site.

Features
  • High-Performance Hammer Crushing System
FSHC 10-14 A hammer mill crushes material by striking it against hammers mounted on a high-speed rotating rotor. This operating principle ensures effective reduction of the material and a high yield of fine product.
  • Independently Replaceable Hammers
The worn portion of each hammer in a hammer crusher can be replaced independently. This design simplifies maintenance by allowing only the worn hammer to be replaced, reduces maintenance time, and helps lower spare part costs since there is no need to replace the entire hammer assembly at once.
  • Interchangeable Grizzly System
Thanks to the replaceable screen system in the crusher discharge hopper, the final product size can be adjusted to various values between 0 and 25 mm. This allows the hammer crusher to be adapted to different product requirements.
  • A Design That Reduces the Need for a Vibrating Screen
Controlling the product size using the screen located at the crusher outlet can eliminate the need to further classify the crushed material using a vibrating screen in suitable applications.
  • Wide Range of Feeding Options
Feeding bunkers can be loaded using excavators and loaders. This design provides operational flexibility in construction site and quarry applications where different loading equipment is used.
  • Controlled Feeding System
Thanks to the manual speed control on the feeder, the amount of material fed into the crusher can be adjusted according to operating conditions and production needs.
  • Hydraulic System
Conveyor belts and hopper hatches can be easily folded and unfolded using the hydraulic system. This design allows for the rapid transportation and installation of the semi-mobile crushing and screening plant without the need for a crane. *Optional
  • Transportation with a Single Truck Head
Thanks to its semi-mobile design, all of the facility’s equipment can be transported using a tow truck. This feature helps streamline logistics operations between different work sites.
  • Easy Maintenance and Lubrication
The manual grease fitting points on the semi-mobile hammer crusher make it easy to perform periodic lubrication of moving parts.
An automatic lubrication unit can be installed to extend maintenance intervals and reduce operator intervention. *Optional
  • Braked Axle System
A braked axle system is used to ensure that the semi-mobile hammer crusher can be transported safely.
  • Low-Maintenance Platforms
Thanks to maintenance platforms that facilitate access to areas requiring maintenance, service and inspection procedures can be carried out more safely and conveniently. *Optional
  • Fully Automatic Automation System
The PLC-based automation system can be managed via an HMI touchscreen panel and remote tablet control. This allows for centralized monitoring of the crushing and screening process.
  • Generator System
Thanks to the generator system, the facility can be powered by diesel fuel at construction sites where there is no electrical infrastructure. *Optional
  •  Minimum Infrastructure Requirements

Thanks to its semi-mobile design, the facility requires minimal infrastructure for installation. The necessary technical information and guidance are provided during the installation process.
