Aggregate weighing bunker weighs the aggregate transferred from the feeding hopper in desired dimensions and transfers it to the mixer feeding conveyor belt. Weighing is done with S type loadcell.

During the transfer of the aggregate to the mixer feeding conveyor belt, vibro motors are activated and the aggregate fluidity is maximized.

The mixer feeding conveyor belt is the system in charge of sending the aggregate transferred from the aggregate weighing bunker to the Twin shaft mixer.

Having a width of 600 mm and a length of 12.100 mm, the mixer feeding conveyor belt gains mobility with an 11-kW coupled motor.

The weighing group ensures that the additives, water and cement required for concrete production are weighed to the desired extent and transferred to the Twin shaft mixer. Weighing is done with the help of the loadcells.

The Twin shaft mixer is the system in charge of mixing the materials coming from the bunker and weighing group and turning them into concrete.

It achieves a perfect mixture with two mixing arms rotating in opposite directions.

Mixing arms are powered by 2 motors. It can work in the most difficult production conditions and quickly completes the mixture of all concrete types.

Twin shaft mixer arms and body are covered with protection linings. In this way, body wear that may occur over time is prevented.

There are 2 inspection covers on the Twin shaft mixer. In this way, maintenance and cleaning processes are made easier.

Cement silo is used to store the cement required for concrete plants. The drying of the cement stored in the cement silos is prevented.

The transfer from the cement silo to the weighing group takes place by the cement screw conveyor.

It is integrated on the mobile concrete batching plant. Eliminates the need to install an extra cement silo. It has a storage capacity of 30 tons.

The automation system is the system in which all equipment on the concrete plant is controlled. Many features such as weighing aggregate, additive, water and cement required for concrete production, operation of the conveyor belt, and starting of the mixing of the double shaft mixer are controlled by the automation system. The automation system has been designed in accordance with the production of all concrete types.

The automation system has been prepared with PLC by FABO engineers, taking into account all test stages and customer feedback, from the production of the concrete plant to the delivery, and it serves with the most advanced and updated state of technology.
