Aggregate Weighing Bunker
Aggregate weighing bunker weighs the aggregate transferred from the feeding hopper in desired dimensions and transfers it to the mixer feeding conveyor belt. Weighing is done with S type loadcell.
During the transfer of the aggregate to the mixer feeding conveyor belt, vibro motors are activated and the aggregate fluidity is maximized.

The mixer feeding conveyor belt is the system in charge of sending the aggregate transferred from the aggregate weighing bunker to the Pan mixer.

The weighing group ensures that the additives, water and cement required for concrete production are weighed to the desired extent and transferred to the pan mixer. Weighing is done with the help of the loadcells.
The pan mixer is the system in charge of mixing the materials coming from the bunker and weighing group and turning them into concrete.
Mixing arms get their power from 1 motor and reducer. It can work in the most difficult production conditions and quickly completes the mixture of all concrete types.
The inner body of the pan mixer is covered with protection linings. In this way, body wear that may occur over time is prevented.
Cement silo is used to store the cement required for concrete plants. The drying of the cement stored in the cement silos is prevented.
The transfer from the cement silo to the weighing group takes place by the cement screw conveyor.
The automation system is the system in which all equipment on the concrete plant is controlled. Many features such as weighing aggregate, additive, water and cement required for concrete production, operation of the conveyor belt, and starting of the mixing of the pan mixer are controlled by the automation system. The automation system has been designed in accordance with the production of all concrete types.
The automation system has been prepared with PLC by FABO engineers, taking into account all test stages and customer feedback, from the production of the concrete plant to the delivery, and it serves with the most advanced and updated state of technology.
