MEY-2050 Semi-Mobile Screening and Washing Plant

MEY-2050 The Mobile Screening and Washing Plant was developed to wash high-volume materials and separate them into different fractions, with a capacity of 200–300 Tons/Hour. The 2000 x 5000 mm vibrating screen with a washing system ensures that large quantities of material are processed across a wide screening surface, while the washing nozzles located on each screen deck assist in washing the material. Following screening, an 800 x 8000 mm screw washer supports the process, particularly for cleaning fine material.

122 kW total engine power and a 150 kVA generator option, MEY-2050 It provides an energy infrastructure suitable for the plant’s high-capacity washing and screening system. The large screen surface area supports the processing of large volumes of material, while the ability to replace the screen mesh ensures adaptability to a wide range of products. The transfer of different fractions, once the washing process is complete, to separate storage areas via conveyor belts ensures efficient product management in high-capacity production.

    The large bunker design ensures that material is fed into the system in an orderly manner.
  • Grizzly System
    The grate on top of the bunker ensures a consistent and safe feed by controlling the entry of large-sized materials into the system. The grate spacing can be adjusted according to customer requirements and can be easily opened and closed using the hydraulic system.
  • Multiple Screen Mesh Options
    It can be configured with wear-resistant 450 HBW perforated screen mesh, steel screen mesh, clog-resistant screen mesh, polyurethane screen mesh, and grid screen options.
  • Vibrating Wash Screen
    A vibrating wash screen not only classifies the material but also subjects it to a washing process. The washing nozzles located on each layer of the screen remove unwanted fine particles and contaminants from the material.
