PRO-150-WF The Semi-Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant combines a production capacity of 250–350 Tons/Hour with the advantage of the wobbler feeder’s ability to separate materials from dirt and mud. With a rotor size of Ø1200 x 1500 mm and a maximum feed size of 800 mm, the semi–mobile crushing and screening plant, with a rotor size of Ø1200 x 1500 mm and a maximum feed size of 800 mm, enables the processing of large volumes of material and ensures that crushed materials are separated into different fractions using a 2300 x 5500 mm vibrating screen. The wobbler feeder helps separate mud, clay, and unwanted fine components from the material before it reaches the crusher, thereby supporting a more controlled process, particularly under dirty feeding conditions.
Using a wobbler feeder helps improve the quality of the material fed into the crusher. This prevents fine and sticky products from being fed into the impact crusher. The ability to select the screen mesh type and spacing according to customer requirements makes it possible to produce a variety of end products.
- Wide Range of Feed Options
The feed hopper is designed to be loaded by excavators, trucks, and loaders. This allows it to easily adapt to various construction site and quarry operating conditions. - Flexible Feeding Bunker Design
The capacity of the feeding bunker can be determined based on the required capacity in accordance with the machine’s current design. - Controlled Feeding System
Thanks to the manual speed control on the feeder, the amount of material fed into the crusher can be adjusted according to operating conditions and production needs. - The Benefits of a Wobbler Feeder
The wobbler feeder helps separate slurry, clay, and unwanted fine materials from the feedstock before it is transferred from the feed hopper to the crusher. This reduces the amount of unwanted materials in the product, resulting in a higher-quality final product. *It can be used in WF configurations. - Hydraulic System
Conveyor belts and hopper hatches can be easily folded and unfolded using the hydraulic system. This design allows for the rapid transportation and setup of the semi-mobile crushing and screening plant without the need for a crane. *Optional - Front Flap
In applications where a single type of product needs to be produced, the optional front flap located in front of the screen feed belt prevents the material from being transferred to the vibrating screen, allowing the product to be directed straight to the front storage belt. *Optional - Transportation with a Single Truck Head
Thanks to its semi-mobile design, all of the facility’s equipment can be transported using a tow truck. This feature helps streamline logistics operations between different work sites. - Easy Maintenance and Lubrication
The manual grease fitting points in the semi-mobile crushing and screening plant make it easy to perform periodic lubrication of moving components.
An automatic lubrication system can be installed to extend maintenance intervals and reduce operator intervention. *Optional - Precision Final Product Adjustment
The distance between the hammers of an impact crusher and the rotor blades can be adjusted manually using a hydraulic system as standard.
In addition, the pendulum distance is automatically adjusted based on the value entered into the automation system, allowing for quick and precise control of the final product size. *Optional - Vibrating Screen
In vibrating screens, which enable the production of products in different fractions, the type of screen wire and the wire spacing can be determined based on customer needs. - Braked Axle System
A braked axle system is used to ensure that the semi-mobile crushing and screening plant can be transported safely. - Low-Maintenance Platforms
Thanks to maintenance platforms that facilitate access to areas requiring maintenance, service and inspection procedures can be carried out more safely and conveniently. *Optional - Fully Automatic Automation System
The PLC-based automation system can be managed via an HMI touchscreen panel and remote tablet control. This allows for centralized monitoring of the crushing and screening process. - Generator System
Thanks to the generator system, the facility can be powered by diesel fuel at construction sites where there is no electrical infrastructure. *Optional - Windshifter Technology
The Windshifter, which can be positioned along a long return conveyor, helps separate unwanted lightweight materials from the material on top of the screen using an airflow. This improves the cleanliness of the final product. *Optional - Minimum Infrastructure Requirements
Thanks to its semi-mobile design, the facility requires a minimum amount of infrastructure for installation. The necessary technical information and guidance are provided during the installation process.
