FTT-65-S The Mobile Tertiary Crusher is a compact solution designed for projects that aim to perform crushing and screening operations within a single mobile system, with a production capacity of 75–120 Tons/Hour.
Material from the tertiary crusher, which features a Ø1200 x 650 mm rotor and a maximum feed size of 120 mm, is classified on a 1500 x 3800 mm vibrating screen. The ability to adjust the screen mesh size according to the customer’s product requirements allows for the production of different product fractions within the same operating cycle.
FTT-65-S The system includes a feed hopper, feeder, tertiary crusher, vibrating screen, 275 kVA generator, optional metal-separating magnet, stockpile conveyor, and pallet system. The ability to use the long return conveyor as a side stockpile conveyor allows the material from the top of the screen to be treated as a separate product.
- High-Efficiency Hybrid Drive System
Thanks to its hybrid propulsion system, it offers the option of operating on diesel fuel as well as in 100% electric mode. By providing the benefit of zero emissions during electric operation, the system helps reduce operating costs with fuel savings of up to 30% compared to traditional propulsion solutions.
- Feeding Bunker
The feed hopper ensures that material is transferred to the feeding system in a steady and controlled manner, helping the tertiary crushing process operate with a continuous flow of material. Protective liners inside the hopper are included as standard; they are bolted in place and can be easily replaced as needed. - Controlled Feeding System
Thanks to the manual speed control on the standard belt feeder and the optional apron feeder, the amount of material fed to the crusher can be adjusted according to operating conditions. This ensures that feed control is tailored to different material characteristics and production needs. - Advantages of the Apron Feeder
An optional apron feeder can be chosen as an alternative to the belt feeder. The apron feeder, which offers the advantage of lower and localized wear, allows only the worn section to be replaced. This design, which is more effective in handling sticky materials, also reduces the risk of structural damage that can occur during the rough feeding of large-sized materials. *Optional - Easily Replaceable Protective Liners
The protective liners inside the crusher are included as standard equipment and are of the bolted type. This design allows worn parts to be easily and quickly removed and replaced. - High-Efficiency Tertiary Crusher
Thanks to its specially designed crushing chamber, it helps produce a high proportion of fine, cubic-shaped particles in the production of concrete and asphalt aggregates. Its operating characteristics, which are optimized for producing a high proportion of 0–5 mm material in a single pass, help ensure the desired proportion of fine material, particularly in ready-mix concrete and asphalt production. - Bidirectional Rotor Movement
The fact that the rotor can operate in both directions reduces localized wear while allowing both surfaces of the rotor blades to be utilized. As a result, wear is distributed more evenly, and the service life of consumables is extended. - Hydraulic System
Conveyor belts and hopper hatches can be easily folded and unfolded using a hydraulic system. Thanks to this design, transportation and installation can be carried out without the need for a crane, making the transportation of the mobile tertiary crusher more practical. - Fully Automatic Automation System
The PLC-based, fully automatic automation system ensures controlled management of the entire crushing cycle. The system’s operating parameters can be monitored and controlled via the HMI touchscreen panel and remote control. - Integrated Screening System
The material obtained after crushing is separated into different fractions on a vibrating screen. The ability to adjust the screen mesh size according to customer needs makes it possible to achieve the desired product sizes. - Windshifter
The Windshifter, which can be installed on a long return conveyor, helps separate unwanted light materials from the material on the screen. This improves the cleanliness of the final product. *Optional
