FTJ 14-80 The Mobile Jaw Crusher is an industrial mobile jaw crusher model that represents the top of the line in its series, with a production capacity of 400–700 tons per hour and a maximum feed size of 820 mm.
Hybrid energy technology, which generates its immense power in an extremely economical manner, enables uninterrupted operation via diesel or a direct electrical connection, depending on site conditions. To transport such a large mass smoothly across rugged mining sites, a wide track system designed to withstand extreme conditions and balance the machine’s weight has been utilized.
Despite their heavy-duty components, the bunker hatches and conveyor belts—which are fully controlled by the hydraulic system—allow the unit to be set up and become operational shortly after being unloaded from the truck.
All complex mechanical processes are managed by a single operator using remote control and a touchscreen.
The discharge opening of the jaw crusher is precisely adjusted via software using hydraulic-driven ruler technology. Additionally, a magnetic separator belt—which separates metals generated during concrete recycling—can be optionally integrated into the mobile jaw crusher.

- A two-stage bypass system that separates fine material before it enters the crushing process is available as an option with either a screen or Hardox® configuration.
