FTJ 11-75 The Mobile Jaw Crusher, with a capacity of 200–300 tons per hour and a feed size of 760 mm, is a solution partner for medium-scale mining and quarry projects.
Thanks to its hybrid power system, which can run on either electricity or diesel fuel, it helps businesses optimize their energy costs. With heavy-duty tracks, it provides versatile maneuverability on rugged and sloped quarry surfaces, helping the machine direct its high crushing power exactly where it’s needed.
Hydraulic-piston-operated folding conveyors and bunker hatches, which add a quick-setup feature to the mobile jaw crusher, drastically reduce setup time.
An advanced PLC automation system, integrated with an HMI panel and remote control, operates all of the machine’s functions in a synchronized manner. Thanks to the hydraulic scale assistant, operators can digitally calibrate the crusher’s output range with a single button press.
The mobile jaw crusher features an optional magnetic separator belt for separating metals in recycling projects and an optional hydraulic breaker for crushing rocks that may become jammed in the jaw crusher due to potential feeding line malfunctions.

- Thanks to the anti-jamming system, if a stone becomes jammed, the jaw moves in the opposite direction, ensuring that the crushing chamber is emptied quickly and safely.
- Thanks to the high generator power, it allows an additional machine—such as a screen or scalper—to be powered by the generator on the plant’s premises.
- A two-stage bypass system that allows fine material to be separated before entering the crushing process is available as an option with either a screen or Hardox® options.
