FTJ 11-60 Mobile Jaw Crusher
The FTJ 11-60 Mobile Jaw Crusher is designed to deliver sustainable performance in demanding natural stone and concrete crushing projects, with a production capacity of 150–300 tons per hour and a maximum feed size of 600 mm.
With its spacious crushing chamber, the mobile jaw crusher effortlessly processes large-sized materials, drawing its power from innovative hybrid technology that offers the option of either electric or diesel power on-site.
Hydraulically driven conveyor and hopper cover mechanisms simplify installation, enabling the plant to quickly begin production after transport.
The jaw crusher’s feed opening is adjusted hands-free via a hydraulic ruler system based on the value entered on the digital display. The mobile jaw crusher can be fully customized for a specific project with optional equipment, including a hydraulic breaker to address potential jams during crushing and an optional magnetic separator belt to remove rebar.

- The high generator power allows additional equipment, such as a screen or scalper, to be powered by the plant’s generator.
- The two-stage bypass system, which separates fine material before it enters the crushing process, is available as an option with either a screen or Hardox® options.
