500 Ton/Hour Stationary Crushing, Screening and Washing Plant

For this project, developed for the processing of river stone and the production of aggregates in various sizes, we designed an integrated production line with a capacity of 500 tons per hour. We combined feeding, screening, cone crushing, vertical shaft impact crushing, and dewatering processes, tailored to the specific characteristics of the material and the requirements of the production output.

The production flow is structured so that the river stone is first classified on a horizontal screen prior to the crushing process. Fractions suitable for direct stockpiling are separated, while material requiring further reduction is directed to the cone crushing line. Following the cone crushing stage, the screening process is integrated with a vertical shaft impact crusher—used for further size reduction—and a subsequent product classification section.

Equipped with three four-deck horizontal screens and two dewatering systems, the plant enables the separation of various product fractions and prepares fine, wet material for stockpiling. By connecting all stages—including feed hoppers, transfer conveyors, and dedicated product-stacking conveyors—we have delivered a comprehensive plant solution specifically engineered for river stone processing.

How Did We Bring the Project to Life?
Needs Analysis

We based our approach on the need to classify river stone, process the fractions that need to be crushed, and produce aggregate in various sizes. We designed the production line to simultaneously carry out the screening, crushing, and dewatering processes at a capacity of 500 Tons/Hour.

Production Line Design

We designed a layout featuring three horizontal screens, a cone crusher, and a vertical shaft crusher, in which the material will be processed in stages. We integrated the feeding, product transfer, dewatering, and storage sections into a single production flow.

Feeding and Initial Sorting

We directed the river gravel coming from the feeding section to the first horizontal screen via the main hopper and transfer belt. We established a system whereby the material is sorted by size prior to crushing, ensuring that suitable fractions are sent to storage and those requiring processing are transferred to the crushing line.

Cone Crushing and Intermediate Screening

The material that needs to be broken CC-300 We routed the material to be processed in the cone crusher. By connecting the crusher outlet to the second horizontal screen, we ensured that the material was reclassified and separated for subsequent processing stages.

Vertical Crushing and Product Classification

The relevant fraction of the material separated during the intermediate screening stage VSI-900 We directed the material to the vertical impact crusher. By connecting the crusher’s outlet to the third horizontal screen, we created a line where the processed material would be separated according to its particle size.

Dewatering and Storage

We have incorporated two DSHC-1540 dewatering systems into the plant to remove excess water from the fine products. We have also planned for the products exiting the screening and dewatering sections to be transported to the stockpiling areas via separate conveyors.

Equipment Used in the Project

Explore the equipment and technical specifications that make up this facility’s production line—from feeding to classification, and from cone and vertical shaft crushing to dewatering.

Feeding Bunker

With a capacity of 55 m³, it handles the material arriving at the production line. It ensures that the river stone is conveyed via the transfer belt to the first horizontal screen.

HTE Series
Horizontal Vibrating Washing Screen

It sorts river stones by size before and after the crushing process. It directs the appropriate fractions to the storage lines, and the material that needs to be crushed to the next processing stage or the storage area.

CC-300
Cone Crusher

After the initial screening, the river rock designated for crushing is reduced in size. The processed material is transferred to a second horizontal screen for re-screening.

VSI-900 CR
Vertical Crusher

It processes the material fed from the intermediate screening section. The crushed material is sent to the third horizontal screen for product separation.

Dewatering
Screens

Two dewatering screens remove excess water from the wet, fine material. They prepare the processed products for storage.
