300–400 Ton/Hour Stationary Crushing and Screening Plant

In this project, which we developed for limestone processing and the production of aggregate in various sizes, we designed an integrated crushing and screening line with a capacity of 300–400 Tons/Hour. We planned every stage—from the preliminary separation of the feed material to the storage of the final products—to ensure that the material is processed in a controlled manner throughout the line.

We integrated a primary separation section—comprising a wobbler feeder and a bypass screen—with a turbo impact crusher and a horizontal vibrating screen. Of the four fractions separated by the horizontal screen, three are directed to the stockpiling areas, while the fraction requiring further crushing is routed to a vertical shaft crusher. Additionally, a portion of the material from the bypass screen is processed through this same crusher, with its output fed back into the horizontal vibrating screen, thereby establishing a closed-circuit production flow.

How Did We Bring the Project to Life?
Needs Analysis

We based our design on the need to process limestone, pre-separate unwanted fractions, and produce aggregate of various sizes. We designed the production line to have a capacity of 300–400 Tons/Hour and to allow for the separate storage of products.

Production Line Design

We designed the feeding, pre-screening, primary crushing, and horizontal screening stages as an integrated line. We created a shared crushing line in which specific fractions from the main horizontal screen are processed in a vertical shaft crusher via a bypass screen.

Feeding and Pre-Separation

Feeding Bunker we directed the limestone coming from source to the wobbler feeder. We subjected the material—which contained dirt, sand, and mud—to preliminary screening to separate out particles of sizes that should not enter the primary crusher via the bypass screen, and then fed the material to be transferred to the main crushing line.

Bypass Screening and Primary Crushing

We directed one of the fractions separated by the two-story inclined bypass screen to the stockpile area and the other to the vertical shaft crusher. We processed the clean, coarse material coming from the wobbler feeder in the turbo impact crusher and transferred it to the main horizontal screen.

Closed-Circuit Crushing and Screening

We separated the material into four different fractions using a vibrating horizontal screen. While we directed three of the fractions to storage areas, we transferred one fraction to a vertical shaft crusher for re-crushing. We completed the closed-circuit system by connecting the crusher’s output to the same horizontal screen.

Storage of Finished Products

We set up a system in which the three final products separated by the horizontal screen are collected in separate storage areas. We also planned a separate line for the fraction diverted from the bypass screen to storage, ensuring that the materials are stored separately.

Equipment Used in the Project

Explore the equipment and technical specifications that make up this facility’s production line, from feeding to pre-separation, crushing, and screening to product storage.

TBX-35
Feeding Bunker

It receives the limestone material arriving at the plant. Using its vibrating feeder, it transfers the material to the wobbler feeder for preliminary separation.

FWF-1425
Wobbler Feeder

It separates out fractions containing dirt, sand, and mud, as well as particles of sizes that should not enter the primary crusher, using a bypass screen. It directs the clean, coarse material to the turbo impact crusher.

PDK-150
Turbo Impact Crusher

The wobbler processes the limestone material coming from the feeder during the primary crushing stage. The crushed material is then transferred to a horizontal vibrating screen for classification.

TE Series
Vibrating Screen

The wobbler separates the material discharged from the feeder into two fractions. It directs one fraction to the bypass storage area and the other to the vertical shaft crusher for processing.

HTE Series
Vibrating Horizontal Screens

It separates the material into four different fractions. It directs three of the fractions to storage areas and the fraction that needs to be re-crushed to the vertical shaft crusher.

vertical shaft impact crusher
VSI-1000 OR
Vertical Crusher

It processes material directed from the bypass screen and the horizontal screen. The crushed material is returned to the same horizontal screen for grading.
