250 Ton/Hour Stationary Screening and Washing Plant

In this project, which we developed to wash river stone and produce aggregate in various sizes, we established a screening and washing line with a capacity of 250 Tons/Hour. We integrated the feeding, pre-screening, washing and classification, and storage processes into a single production line.

Feeding Bunker we ensured that the material arriving from source is first separated on a pre-screen and then transferred to a vibrating washing screen. We designed a system in which the material is washed as it is screened using washing nozzles located on each level of the screen. We directed the products, sorted by size, to their respective storage areas via separate conveyor belts.

We incorporated a spiral washer into the production line for the 0–5 mm sand separated during the screening process. With this setup—in which the sand is washed, excess water is removed, and it is then transferred to the storage area—we have integrated the product preparation processes ranging from coarse aggregate to fine sand.

How Did We Bring the Project to Life?
Needs Analysis

We based our design on the need to wash river stone, sort it by size, and prepare fine sand for storage. We designed the production line to have a capacity of 250 Tons/Hour and to allow for the separate storage of products.

Production Line Design

We integrated the feed hopper, primary screen, vibrating washing screen, and screw washer into a production flow where each component complements the others. We arranged the positioning of the transfer and stockpiling conveyors based on the material’s processing stages and the final product outputs.

Feeding and Pre-Screening

We directed the river stone, loaded into the feed hopper, to a primary screen. We established a pre-screening section where the material is separated before moving on to the main washing and classification stage.

Wash-Based Screening and Grading

We transferred the material from the pre-screening stage to the vibrating washing screen. We set up a system that uses the washing nozzles located on each level to both wash the material and separate it into different particle sizes during the same stage.

Washing and Dehydration of Fine Sand

We directed the 0–5 mm sand separated from the bottom section of the washing screen to the screw washer. In this section, we established a separate processing line to wash the sand and remove excess water from it, preparing it for storage.

Storage of Finished Products

We directed the aggregates sorted on the washing screen to their respective storage areas via separate conveyor belts. We also set up a separate storage line for the sand coming out of the screw washer to ensure that different products were collected without mixing.

Equipment Used in the Project

Explore the equipment and technical specifications that make up this facility’s production line—from feeding to pre-screening, from washing and sorting to sand preparation and storage.

TE Series
Vibrating Wash Screen

It washes the river gravel as it is screened using the washing nozzles located on each level. It directs the separated aggregates to the storage conveyors and the 0–5 mm sand to the spiral washer.

HY-800
Screw Washer

It processes the 0–5 mm sand coming from the washing screen. By washing the sand and removing excess water, it prepares the product for storage.
