200–350 Ton/Hour Stationary Screening and Washing Plant

In this project, which we developed for the screening and washing of river gravel, we established a production line with a capacity of 200–350 Tons/Hour. We designed the feeding, pre-screening, washing and classification, and dewatering processes in an integrated manner to produce a total of five different product fractions.

Feeding Bunker we separated the material arriving from source using a two-tier pre-screen, directing one fraction directly to the storage area and the material to be further processed to the vibrating wash screen via a conveyor. We ensured that the material was washed while being screened by the washing nozzles located on each level of the screen, and that the separated aggregates were transported to the relevant areas via stockpile conveyors.

We integrated a hydrocyclone-based dewatering system into the production line to process the finest material. With this section, where excess water is removed from the fine product to prepare it for storage, we have completed our plant solution, which spans from preliminary screening to final product storage.

How Did We Bring the Project to Life?
Needs Analysis

We based our design on the requirements for sorting, washing, and storing river stone in five different product fractions. We designed the production line to have a capacity of 200–350 Tons/Hour and to meet the need for dewatering the fine material.

Production Line Design

Feeding Bunker, we designed the two-stage pre-screen, vibrating washing screen, and hydrocyclone dewatering system as an integrated line. We arranged the equipment layout and conveyor connections according to the material processing sequence and the separate storage of the products.

Feeding and Pre-Screening

We transferred the material loaded into the feed hopper to a two-deck primary screen. While one fraction separated here is directed straight to the stockpile area, we established a transfer line leading to the main screen for the material that will proceed to the washing stage.

Wash-Sorting and Product Separation

We classified the material coming from the pre-screening stage using a vibrating washing screen. By incorporating the washing process into the screening process using nozzles located on each screen deck, we ensured that the separated aggregates were transferred to the appropriate storage conveyors.

Dewatering of Fine Materials

We directed the finest material separated from the washing screen to the hydrocyclone dewatering system. We set up a section where excess water would be removed from the fine product before it is transferred to the storage line.

Storage in Five Different Fractions

We collected the products from the pre-screening, wet screening, and dewatering sections on separate storage lines. We designed a layout where a total of five different fractions could be stored without mixing.

Equipment Used in the Project

Explore the equipment and technical specifications that make up this facility’s production line—from feeding to pre-screening, from washing and sorting to sand preparation and storage.

TE Series
Vibrating Wash Screen

It receives the material containing river stones and sand that is loaded onto the facility. It ensures that the material is transferred to the pre-screening section.

HY-800
Screw Washer

Feeding BunkerIt sorts the incoming material by size. It directs one fraction directly to the storage line and the material that will undergo further washing to the vibrating washing screen.

TE Series
Vibrating Wash Screen

It washes the material as it is screened using the washing nozzles located on each level. It directs the separated aggregates to the storage conveyors and the finest material to the hydrocyclone dewatering system.

Dewatering
Screen

It processes the wet, fine material coming from the washing screen. In this system, where a hydrocyclone and a dewatering screen work in tandem, excess water is removed from the fine product, preparing it for stockpiling.
